I didn't mind, I like seeing the small indie games. The place was too small and there weren't any large companies there. Many PAX vets said that it was not worth it.
There were many indie games available to try out and there were almost zero lines for everything (except Gigantic and some other popular things such as the oculus rift).
I had so much fun meeting famous Twitch streamers, YouTube stars, and important people from some important companies. It was my first ever video game convention and I will say it was absolutely amazing.
